Ted A. Greene, Esq. – Owner/Founder

tedMr. Ted A. Greene founded the Law Offices Ted A. Greene, Inc. in 2002. Mr. Greene began his career serving our Country in the United States Air Force. Since then, Mr. Greene has successfully owned and operated several large Sacramento based businesses, all aimed at offering assistance to consumers. He obtained an undergraduate degree in accounting and subsequently obtained his real estate broker’s license to provide services to real estate clients, both commercial and residential.

After conquering the business and real estate world, he decided to enter into the legal field. In 2001, Mr. Greene completed law school and passed the Bar on his first attempt and soon after became a licensed attorney in California.

In his years as an attorney, Mr. Greene has become well versed in all aspects of civil litigation, bankruptcy and real estate law. He has helped hundreds with their financial and real estate woes. He has seen unimaginable success in litigating for homeowners’ rights. He has succeeded against the largest of financial institutions, including JP Morgan, US Bank, and Wells Fargo. In both the legal and business world, helping homeowners protect their rights has always been Mr. Greene’s top priority.

When he is not on the clock, Mr. Greene enjoys golf, outdoor activities and spending time with his family. He used to be an avid and competitive soccer player and tries to play in recreational leagues whenever possible.

Michael Maloney, Esq.
tedSince being admitted to practice in 2000, Mr. Maloney has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in all aspects of civil litigation including personal injury, insurance defense, construction defect, business litigation and real estate litigation.

Mr. Maloney attended Dominican College of San Rafael where he received degrees in International Relations and Business. Mr. Maloney graduated cum laude from Empire College School of Law in 1997. Along with being licensed to practice law in the State Courts of California, he is also admitted to the United States District Court, Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Aubrey Jacobsen, Esq.
ted Aubrey Jacobsen began advocating for consumers in bankruptcy in 2005 working as a receptionist for one of the largest bankruptcy law firms in Sacramento. Eventually, she worked her way up to case manager, all the while expanding her knowledge and skills necessary to aid individuals seeking relief under the Bankruptcy Code. Aubrey has prepared and administered countless Chapter 7 liquidation and Chapter 13 reorganization cases, and has even had experience in working with attorneys on Chapter 11 and 12 cases.

In 2011, Aubrey enrolled at Lincoln Law School of California. She earned her J.D. and passed the bar exam in 2015. She is an enthusiastic attorney advocate who’s passion is helping distressed homeowners and consumers.

Aubrey strives to make clients feel comfortable and at ease during what may be a very troubling time. It is important to her that clients feel supported and that they have a team of skilled professionals on their side. To any client feeling overwhelmed, Aubrey’s motto is “Together we will figure it out!”

In her free time, Aubrey enjoys a good cup of tea, hot baths, and an engaging book.

ken-sandersKen Sanders has spent more than a third of a century in the Bankruptcy arena: 15 years as an Assistant to the Chapter 13 Trustee and then almost 20 years as a Chapter 7 Trustee in the Eastern District of California, administering tens of thousands of cases. In 2007, he resigned his Trusteeship and now provides Bankruptcy consulting services to a number of law firms in California, Nevada and Arizona.
Ken is also a guest lecturer at UC Davis School of Law. His lectures and articles for the National Business Institute have covered such issues as avoidable preferences and case preparation. He has also produced and hosted workshops on the Means Test and other Bankruptcy topics throughout California.
